Customer journey full process automation: from the credit simulation to the acceptation, including digitized documents collection, digital signature, credit insurance, documents storage, accounting in the core banking system and transfer of the funds. ProActy product management Product Management For a Swiss transportation company, we have driven one agile call for tender as Agile Product Owner for a BPM product linked to an Operational Datastore managing all operational events, and the satellite applications (maintenance, real time monitoring, …), including constitution of the backlog. ProActys IT process management IT Process Management For one of the top 3 worldwide insurance company, we have implemented a semi-automatic IT cartography from CMDB, in partnership with their Enterprise Architecture team (vision, tools, built and driven the cartographers’ team, driven cartography process linked with ITIL processes, linkage with BPM processes maps, use of Archimate layers and objects) using SCRUM, between 2012 and 2017.
