Digital transformation in Private Banking

For a private bank, we optimised, automated, and digitalised key client and operational processes. These included customer onboarding, account opening and KYC, credit applications, account closures, securities issuance, and mandate management — enhancing efficiency, compliance, and client experience across the board.

AI Readiness

We help organisations lay the groundwork for AI adoption by structuring data, automating processes, and enhancing decision systems. Whether it's preparing for predictive analytics, intelligent document processing, or conversational assistants, we build the foundation that makes AI effective and sustainable.

Modernizing pension systems after a merger

Following the merger of two public pension funds, we led the end-to-end transformation of their core insurance system. From business analysis and application development to data migration, pension scheme redesign, and automated employer data exchange — our work laid the foundation for a modern, efficient, and future-ready pension administration.

Optimising Public Transport Operations

For a public transport company, we streamlined and optimised critical operational processes—from timetable creation and driver assignment to training and vacation planning, Our solution ensured full compliance with Swiss labour laws and the Collective Labour Agreement, while enhancing efficiency, transparency, and workforce satisfaction.

By structuring data and standardizing processes, we also laid the groundwork for future AI-powered planning and predictive workforce management.

Accelerating Credit Decisions with AI

As part of a Proof of Concept for a retail bank, we developed an AI-powered pre-approval engine for consumer loans. By analysing client data, transaction patterns, and behavioural indicators, the system produced real-time creditworthiness scores and generated personalized loan offers within the digital banking platform. The POC demonstrated a potential 60% reduction in processing time and a significant boost in user engagement.

Agile tendering for a smart transport platform

For a Swiss transport company, we led an Agile-driven tender process as Product Owner for a Business Process Management (BPM) solution.

This solution was linked to an Operational Datastore handling events and incidents, as well as satellite applications such as maintenance and real-time monitoring. We defined and prioritized the backlog to ensure maximum value delivery from day one.

Fully automated mortgage lending for a digital bank

We successfully delivered the end-to-end implementation of the mortgage loan journey for a digital bank using Temenos T24.

From loan simulation to approval, digital document handling, e-signature, mortgage insurance, seamless integration with the core banking system, and fund disbursement - every step was automated to deliver a fast, paperless, and fully digital customer experience.

Bringing structure to IT services

For a retail bank, we designed and launched a comprehensive IT service catalogue on the intranet, along with the underlying operational processes.

The initiative brought clarity, transparency, and structure to internal IT offerings — enhancing user experience and service management efficiency.

Reducing manual claim processing with AI

As part of a Proof of Concept for an insurance company, we developed an AI-based solution to automate the initial triage of claims. Using natural language processing (NLP), the system analyses incoming declarations, extracted key information, classified the type of claim, and routed it to the appropriate team. The POC demonstrated strong potential to reduce manual workload by over 50%, accelerate claim handling, and improve customer response times, while ensuring consistency and regulatory compliance.

Seamless data migration and change adoption

Following the merger of two insurance companies, we supported the integration by managing data migration and leading change management efforts. Our work included data mapping and cleansing, migration testing, reconciliation, and user support. We also designed and facilitated communication and training plans to ensure a smooth transition across business units, minimizing disruption and securing adoption of the new system.
